What I am currently working on is a large cantilevered piece. There are two figures supported by a single armature and the female is extended out beyond the center of gravity of the male creating the illusion that she is floating. I learned this method of Armature making from Mark Dennis aka the Madsculptor. His book and lessons have encouraged me to expand my artistic visions in a new direction. Expect to see some extrordinary new concepts coming in the future. This make is almost 16" tall if he were staning straight up and own. She is almost 14" tall. I will keep posting ppictures as Igo along. Face of my newest male Vampire werewolf hybrid "A moment in time" This piece is about to get it's final photos taken. It is 15" tall to the top of the fairies head. The Centaurs armature supports him an her balanced on his hooves and tail. It is hand sculpted out of polymer clay over a heavy wire armature. Her body is cloth over wire. She is gently poseable. Her hair is Tibetan lamb and her embroidered lace dress is hand stitched. Her eyes are hand made and inset.   THE CLOCKs are ALREADY SOLD. The flower children are also hand made out of polymer clay. It is a real ticking mantle clock with hand sculpted character from the Alice in wonderland movie. Each piece was painstakingly hand sculpted by me. Alice who is only 1 and 1/4 inch tall is sitting on top of a hand made Hatters top hat complete with hat pins. My Version of the hatter is watching over her and keeping an eye out for the white rabbit. The white Rabbit is also peering around the corner from the other side of the clock back at them. The face of the clock has been hand painted to depict the Drink me eat me scene with the checker floor and tiny door and a few polymer keys and rabbit pocket watch have also been added.
