New dayOMG Ihave had a busy couple of months. I am getting myself back on track now. I think I spent way to much time bouncing back
and forth between forums and I was not getting much work done. LOL I have been forced to reevaluate my time spent online and
I have decided that While i will continue to work on my websites, I will not be spending time in forums or a while. I have
to get some work done and since I started my fan site, I have so much to do just with it I have to budget my time. Now my
son and daughter are going back to school and I have those responsiblities again. I will continue with my blog. In fact my
story line will begin in a week or so. I am going t use my blog to publish a story I have been writing. I may never get it
to a publisher otherwise. I appologize in advance ro bad grammer and typos. LOL It may become a locked section of the
site. If so please send me an email and i will email you the access information.

I guess there are people reading my blog after all LOLThank you all very much for contacting me to let me know you have indeed read my blog entries. i guess i will have to start
adding them more often. LOL I think I may actually start publishing my book here. it is a fanciful romp through the fairy
world. I am not a really good writer but I have a great idea for this childrens book and since publishing it to the web will
allow me to establish a copy right. It sounds like a plan. Thanks again for reading my blog. I am working on a new doll. It
will bei n the style of the Wendy froud. I am in love with this look at the moment. It will have my own unique touch but the
face style and method of doll making is all credited to Wendy's teaching. It will be fully poseable. and 26" tall.

July 2010 has come and goneI have had quite an interesting month. Some not so good things happened that I will not get into except to say, I am so glad they
are over. I have not been able to get much sculpting so I let myself down a little. I had hoped to have these 3
pid projects at least started by now. My favorite show True Blood on HBO has not letting me down though and has
my mind back on making Vampires. So you can expect to see some new ones soon. I have given an older doll a make over. My daughter
noticed that Mia looked like Alice so Alice she became. She is listed on her own page because made I some accessories to go
with her and one picture in the shop was not going to show you all of her. My other pieces from July are a Vampire wall art
plaque, and several small poseable dolls. I never know if anyone reads these blog posts or not. So if your reading this.
sign my guest book and tell me. I am starting to wonder if I am talking to the .com and no one else. LOL Thanks Linda

New work coming slowly.I have been working on new dolls. I spent the last month working on my IADR entry. I put so much time and effort into her.
I did not win Ow well. Not the contest anyway. I did win some really great new skills. I was able to practice some new techniques
on the larger scale doll. She is named Dawn and is 20" tall. It took 5 pounds of clay and a solid month to
make her. Her head is articulated. I spent 3 days sanding her. LOL I am very happy with her. I also got my new shipment
of BOZZI clay. It hate the stiffness. But I love the clay overall. It is really hard to condition. But once it gets there.
the color is gorgeous, the clay is bouncy so fine details are hard to achieve but once you get it baked it seems to be
much less fragile. The raw clay isn't as bad a dust magnet as prosculpt either. Final vote. I may try to mix
some kind of softer clay into the Bozzi to make it easier to condition. just a test piece to see how they blend
and bake it. I will keep you informed.

I am working on a new Vampire DollThis is a new experience for me. I am working on a 24" tall exotic Vampire doll. She will have a cloth over wire body
and will have an polymer head/neck/shoulder, hands and feet. I am so very excited about this as I have never made a doll this
size and I really like the way she is turning out. I will be posting pictures soon. I have her body finished and I am working
on her working on her final painting. I haven't decided what to do about her hair. I know what I want it to look like but
I have never done a wig this size so It will be an adventure. Hopefully It goes well, if not I will scrap it off and start
again. LOL
